If ToE were true, why are there no fronkeys?

Here's how it works. Because evolution amends what's there, it predicts a little thing called a nested hierarchy . A "Fronkey" would completely violate the nested hierarchies, and would therefore refute ToE, not prove it.

However, it seems talking donkeys are alive and well in Queensland.
